37 OBSERVED WATER ON FAN SHILED OF LEFT BLOWER ON BLOWER UNIT INSIDE RIGHT (LARGER) WALK IN COOLER. SOME COLOR HAS BEEN IMPARTED ON THE FAN SHIELD THAT LOOKS TO BE RUST COLORED. THE CONCERN IS EXCESSIVE MOISTURE BEING BLOWN ACCROSS THESE SURFACES COULD CARY ANY CONTAMINANTS, MICROBES, ETC AND CONTAMINATE BY THE FAN NOT BEING DRY. HAVE THIS SERVICED.
ALSO, THE INSULATION SHOULD BE UP AGAINST THE BLOWER HOUSING IN THE REAR TO PREVENT DRIPPING (3/4 INCH AREA JUST BEHIND BLOWER ON REFRIGERANT LINE)

31 SEVERAL OF THE HAND SINKS WERE NOT REACHING THE REQUIRED TEMPERATURE OF 100 F. TWO ALSO HAD LOW FLOW OF HOT AND COLD. CORRECTED ON SITE. AERATORS TAKEN OFF AND CLEANED AT LOW FLOW ONES AND OTHERS ARE TO BE STARVED OF COLD IN THE IMMEDIATE AND THEN THE MIXING VALVES ADJUSTED AND MOST LIKELY DISASSEMBLED AND CLEANED TO REMOVE ANY OBSTRUCTING DEBRIS. THERE HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA RECENTLY AND THIS CAN INTRODUCE DEBRIS THAT CAN OBSTRUCT BOTH AERATORS AND THE VERY SMALL SCREENS IN THE MIXING VALVES.
