45 228.186(a) Repairing. The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. Observed damaged walls and peeling metal plates in mop closet. Also observed damaged facilites in other areas. Ensure physical facilities are repaired/adjusted to be smooth, nonabsorbent, easily cleanable, and durable at areas noted during inspection.
