35 228.43(a) Hair Restraints effective. Observed individual with hair hanging down to shoulders serving the food. Management reported this individual had just arrived and had not yet put on the restraint. Employees must use adequate hair restraint with working with exposed food. They must get this ready before working with the food. The hair was tucked into the hat.
