37 Observed boxes of candy on the floor in the walk-in cooler and observed sodas on the floor in the back storage room. Ensure all food items, including bottled and canned beverages, are raise six inches above the kitchen and storage floor. Ensure the following: 3-305.11(A)(3) Storing the food at least 15 cm (6 inches) above the floor.
47 Ensure foul odor coming from the floor drain below the three-compartment sink is remedied by the next routine food inspection. If there is ever a sewage backflow, the establishment MUST close down and NOT sell any food or beverage items. Only items that can be sold are gas, lottery tickets, and tobacco.
42 Observed dirty back walls of soda machine. Ensure soda machine non-food contact surfaces are frequently cleaned and sanitized. Ensure the following: 4-601.11(C) Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
