45 FOCAL WALL AND CEILING AREAS ARE IN NEED OF REPAIRS - EXAMPLE IN BACK ROOM WHERE YOU HAVE OPENINGS ON WALL AT CORNER AND PEELING TAPE ON CEILING. ALSO IN KITCHEN CEILING WHERE SHEETROCK IS DAMAGED AROUND VENT.
10 FINAL RINSE AT THREE COMPARTMENT SINK MUST ALWAYS HAVE A CHLORINE TO WATER CONCENTRATION OF 50 TO 75 PPM FOR PROPER SANITIZATION. PRESENTLY, NO READING WAS OBTAINED.
9 MUST MAINTAIN ALL PREPARED FOOD PRODUCTS COVERED/PROTECTED DURING REFRIGERATOR STORAGE - MAINTAIN DICED TOMATOES COVERED WITH NO OTHER CONTAINERS PLACED ON TOP OF THEM.
