45 Interior wall by back door in stock room has wood along the bottom portion. This wood is decomposing and water damaged. There appear to be water coming from the wall onto the floor. The wall needs to be repaired according to the building code and may not allow water to enter through the wall. 6-101.11(A)(3) Materials for indoor floor, wall, and ceiling surfaces under conditions of normal use shall be nonabsorbent. 6-101.11(A)(1) Materials for floor, wall, and ceiling shall be smooth, durable, and easily cleanable. 6-501.11 Repairing.
