45 228.171(3) Materials for indoor floor, wall, and ceiling surfaces under conditions of normal use shall be nonabsorbent. Observed tiles in the establishment have become cracked, this allows fluids to get behind the tiles and absorb into the floor. Repair the floor tiles.
