THAW ACCORDING TO SOP OF 3 DAYS IN WALK-IN REFRIGERATOR OR FOR MORE IMMEDIATE NEEDS THAW UNDER COLD RUNNING WATER BOTH OF WHICH ARE APPROVED METHODS OF THAWING
