45 Observed: 1) Ceiling in larger walk-in cooler sagging in the center. Ceiling also soiled with brown and black residue.
2) Wall behind ice machine is bare wood.
Corrective Actions: Repair and clean ceiling tile in walk-in cooler. Repair wall behind ice machine so no bare wood is showing.
