14 Employee took out trash and returned inside kitchen without hand washing. Employee was instructed to wash hands. Corrective Actions: Ensure hand washing occurs after switching tasks, when taking out trash, prior to food prep. 2-301.11 Clean Condition--hands and arms. 2-301.12(A) Cleaning procedure--time frame (20 seconds).
