CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure all non-potable water from condensation of ice machine to be routed to a sanitary sewer not used for hand washing or washing of dishes and utensils.

CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure chlorine testing strips are on site to test sanitizer water when washing, rinsing and sanitizing dishes and utensils at the three comp. sink.

Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment that are exposed to splash, spillage, or other food soiling or that require frequent cleaning shall be constructed of a corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth material.
39 The fan by the ice machine is missing it's protective cover allowing the blades to be expose. Ensure protective cover is replaced on fan as per 4-501.11 Good repair and proper adjustment..
