21 Food Manager Certifications have no been registered with the local Health Department. Corrective Actions: All Food Manager Certifications are to be registered with the local Health Department. ALL CERTIFIED FOOD PROTECTION MANAGERS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT. BRING A COPY OF CERTIFICATE ALONG WITH A VALID I.D. AND PAYMENT. YOU MAY REGISTER CERTIFICATES AT THE CLIFF MORTON DEVELOPMENT AND BUSINESS SERVICES CENTER LOCATED AT 1901 S ALAMO, MONDAY - FRIDAY BETWEEN 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM. AS PER: Sec. 13-117. - Fees. (a)An application fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) shall be required to be paid to the director for a food manager's certificate at the time of application or renewal. This fee is required regardless of whether or not the course requirement is waived.
