31 HAND SINKS HOT WATER ONLY REACHED 80 F. MUST MAINTAIN 100 F MINIMUM. 2-COMPARTMENT SINK REACHED 119 F AND 3-COMPARTMENT REACHED 118 F SO ESTABLISHMENT HAS HOT WATER. THAT ALL FOUR HAND SINKS AND ONLY THE HAND SINKS WERE AFFECTED, IT IS LIKELY THEY ARE SERVED BY A MASTER MIXING VALVE THAT IS MIXING IN TOO MUCH COLD WATER (AS EACH HAND SINK DOES NOT HAVE A MIXING VALVE) OR, IF THEY ARE SERVED BY A SEPARATE WATER HEATER THAN THE 2-COMAPRTMENT SINK AND 3-COMPARTMENT SINK THEN THE ISSUE MAY BE THERE.
MANAGER CALLED IT IN AND A PORTABLE SINK WITH HOT WATER IS BEING BROUGH OVER. THIS OR USING ONE OF THE 2-COMPARTMENT SINK COMPARTMENTS ARE ACCEPTABLE UNTIL HAND SINKS CAN BE ADDRESSED.
