PLAN OF ACTION: ESTABLISHMENT HAS UNTIL 11/2/2020 TO HAVE ALL PLUMBING CORRECTED. HAVE A LICENSED PLUMBER REPAIR ALL LEAKS, TRIM HOSES AND REPLACE MISSING BACK-FLOW PREVENTION DEVICES ACCORDING TO THE ASSE1001 FEDERAL PLUMBING CODE ALSO STATED IN THE "TEXAS FOOD ESTABLISHMENT REGULATIONS MANUAL".

228.177. Lighting Intensity.
The light intensity shall be:
(1) at least 108 lux (10 foot candles) at a distance of 75 cm (30 inches) above the floor, in walk-in refrigeration units and dry food storage areas and in other areas and rooms during periods of cleaning; [43]
