19 * 228.146(d) Backflow prevention device, design standard.ENSURE THE DOWNWARD GRADE IS MAINTAINED ON THE DRAIN PIPES EXITING ICE MACHINE. I OBSERVED A LARGE AMOUNT OF DRAINAGE WITH FORCES, WHEN I MOVED THE PIPES SLIGHTLY TO ENSURE THE DOWNWARD GRADE TOWARD THE FLOOR SEWAGE FLOOR DRAIN. ENSURE TO MAINTAIN THE 1 INCH MINIMUM AIR GAP.
NOTE: The City of San Antonio Metropolitan Health District presents food establishment "Inspection Scores" calculated from a perfect 100 score minus any identified violations and subsequent demerits.
