23 Establishment is without hot water. Hottest water temperature throughout establishment was at 87F. According to employee, water boiler was turned off. Corrective Actions: Inspector temporarily suspended all operations until hot water is restored throughout establishment. As per: 5-103.11(B) Does the establishment have sufficient capacity to meet peak hot water demands?.
10 Observed clean dishes with grease residue and food debris. Corrective Actions: Ensure that clean dishes are clean to sight and touch. As per: 4-601.11(A) Food-contact surfaces clean to sight and touch.
