32 Blue metal shelves in walk in cooler are rusting and have chipping/peeling paint. Ensure to have racks smoothed, and sealed properly to prevent any foreign material from falling into foods stored. Ice cream machine lid has a cracked part that should either be replaced or repaired to be smooth, easily cleanable, and non absorbent to prevent from allowing foreign material from entering shake mix.

10 Thoroughly clean and remove grease buildup, and food debris, along edges of fry hot holder, fryers, vents, ad gaskets of refrigeration units. Ice machine is currently being cleaned weekly but should be cleaned more frequently to prevent buildup.
45 Observed a few tiles that were broken and missing pieces by shake drive thru hand sink. Ensure to fill in any missing pieces to allow floors to be smooth, easily cleanable, and non absorbent.
47 Routine inspection report not posted in public view. Currently establishment only had grade placard posted. It is mandatory to post routine inspection report. It is voluntary to post grade placard, but placard should not replace report.
