45 1) KITCHEN HAS BARE CONCRETE FLOOR THAT WHEN WATER IS DRIPPED ON IT, THE WATER SOAKS IN. THIS MUST BE SEALED IF IT IS TO BE THE FINAL FLOOR SURFACING. WATER SHOULD BEAD UP AND NOT SOAK IN OR CHANGE FLOOR COLOR. ROUGH SIDE WITH REFRIGERATORS AND HAND SINK IS ESPECIALLY ABSORBENT.
