Ensure there are professional pest control reports provided at the time of the inspection.
42 Ensure the food debris in the gaskets and cold hold units are routinely cleaned. 4-601.11(C) Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Ensure all non food contact surfaces are clean to sight and touch.
2 Observed entire walk in cooler at 50F and above. A maintenance repair was ordered at the time of the inspection.
