Replace the vents that have rust on them. 4-601.11(C) Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
45 Observed floor dirty with debris where noted during inspection. Ensure floor is cleaned on a schedule that will prevent build up as per 6-501.12 Cleaning, frequency and RESTRICTIONs..
