33 Observed 3 compartmetn sink faucet near ice machine not being able to fill up all compartments. Correction: Ensure that establishment is able to fill up all 3 compartments to wash, rinse and sanitize utensils as per 4-301.12(A) Manual ware washing, sink compartment requirements.
41 Observed ice bags that establishments bags with no label of location of store. Correction: All ice bags that are bagged in hours must have a label of address on bag as per 3-601.11 Standards of identity.
19 Observed drain pipes at 3 compartment with no air gap present. Correction: All drain pipes leading to flow drains must have at least a 1 inch air gap present as per 5-202.13 Backflow prevention, air gap.

37 Observed multiple beverages in walk in cooler and in lobby of establishment being stored on ground. Correction: food product (including beverages) must be stored at least 6 inches off the floor as per 3-305.11(A)(3) Storing the food at least 15 cm (6 inches) above the floor.
34 Observed back back doors leading to the outside without weather stripping where light is visible. Correction: Ensure that all doors leading to outside have weatherstripping and no pests can enter as per 6-202.15(D) Windows or doors protected against the entry criteria.

The demerits system is computed based upon the number of violations found during a regular food establishment inspection. There are three categories of demerits and each are assigned a demerit score of 3, 2 or 1 points.
