2 Observed refrigerator unit at 55 degrees Fahrenheit. Inspector was advised that the issue started the same day. Items that were stored in the fridge were uncut produce and two storage containers of a prepped veggie mix that had been stored 30 minutes prior to arrival. Manager was advised to move items to the refrigerator that is working. 3-501.16(A)(2) Cold Hold (41°F/45°F or below).

7 3-101.11 Food safe, good condition, unadulterated, and honestly presented. OBSERVED EXPIRED BANANAS WITH BROWNING AND OVERRIPENING ALL AROUND THEM STORED BY GOOD CONDITIONED VEGETABLES. ENSURE FOOD IS IN GOOD CONDITION AND DISPOSE OF FOOD THAT HAS BECOME UNADULTERATED.
