38 Observed shrimp being thawed out in a tub of water. Correction: When thawing with water it must be done with cold running water and be summered as per 3-501.13(B) Thawing. under running water criteria.
39 Observed single use Styrofoam cup being used and stored in parmesan cheese. correctio: Refrain from using single use utensils and storing them in food product especially when they have no distinguished handle as per 3-304.12(A) In-use utensils, between-use storage. During pauses in food preparation or dispensing, food preparation and dispensing utensils shall be stored except as specified under subsection (B) of this section, in the food with their handles above the top of the food and the container.
35 Observed no cooks with hair restraints. Correction: Ensure that all food handlers have hair restraints as per 2-402.11 Hair Restraints effective.

2 Observed 2 trays of lasagna at a temp of 60F. Both have been in walk in since yesterday. Correction: Ensure that food is being held at a temp of 41F or lower as per3-401.14(C) Cold Hold (41°F/45°F or below)--non-continuous cooking.
18 Observed spray bottle with chemical not labeled. Correction: Ensure that toxic chemcials are labled if not in orignal container as per 7-102.11 Poisonous/toxic materials or chemicals not in original container labeled.
