1 Observed beans cooked on 2/13/24 were at 48F and beans cooked 2/14/24 were at 60F. Beans were discarded. Ensure proper cooling methods are followed to ensure food is cooled from 135F - 41F in 6 hours. Provided food cooling chart. 3-501.14(A)(2) Cooling -- total 6 hours, 135-41°F.
