45 Observed personal beverage on top of small cooler, on table where ingredients are stored and foods are prepared. Ensure to provide a designated area for employee use that is away from food and food contact surfaces.
21 No food manager was on site. Certificates for food manager not posted. Ensure that at least 1 Certified Food Manager is present, with proof of certificate, during all hours of operation. No one on site at this time, with certificate.
22 Employee on site did not have Food Handler certification. No certificates observed at this time. Ensure that all employees, who are not already Food Manager certified, obtain certification, and maintain copies of all certificates on site. Certificates should be made available upon request.
34 Pickup order area had window open during time of inspection. Ensure that a screen is provided for protection of pests entering establishment.
30 Food Establishment Permit was not posted or observed in public view. Ensure that Food Establishment permit copy is posted in public view at all times.
31 Hand washing sink was not supplied with paper towels at beginning of inspection. Paper towels were made available and issue was corrected on site.

The demerits system is computed based upon the number of violations found during a regular food establishment inspection. There are three categories of demerits and each are assigned a demerit score of 3, 2 or 1 points.
