21 At time of inspection no food manager was present. Correction: A certified food manager must be present during all hours of operation or whenever food prep is taking place as per 228.31(b) Certified food protection manager shall be present at the food establishment during all hours of operation as required in Food Code, §2-101.11 and §2-102.12.
28 Observed multiple continers with no date marking or past use by date still being stored and used. Correction: Ensure establishment is following date marking and throwing away food product that is past use by date as per 3-501.17(A) Date marking prepare on site RTE/ TCS food.
19 Observed drainpipe inside floor drain at hand wash sink at front bar. Correction: An air gap of at least 1 inch must be present at drainpipes leading to floor drain as per 5-202.13 Backflow prevention, air gap.
37 Observed multiple food products in carboard boxes as well as tray of raw chicken being stored on floor. Correction: All food must be stored at least 6 inches off the floor as per 3-305.11(A)(3) Storing the food at least 15 cm (6 inches) above the floor.
45 Observed in employee restroom in kitchen the sink is being held up by wood that is not treated. Correction: Ensure that the sink is reapired correctly and to use material that is non absorbent and easily cleanble as per 6-501.11 Repairing. The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.

37 Observed food being stored on floor in both walkin fridge and freezer. Correction: Ensure that food is at least 6 inches off the floor as per 3-305.11(A)(3) Storing the food at least 15 cm (6 inches) above the floor.
7 Observed food items in refrigeration unit at a temp of above 50F. Food in unit was also in the 50's. Also observed a loaf of bread with a green, fuzzy substance on it. Correction: Ensure food is safe to eat and stored properly as per 3-101.11 Food safe, good condition, unadulterated, and honestly presented.
27 Observed a refrigeration unit not being able to hold a temp of 41F or lower. Correction: Ensure that all equipment is able to hold appropriate temperature as per 4-301.11 Cooling, heating, and holding capacities. Equipment.
9 Observed 3 bottles of soda in ice bin in bar which is used to make customers drinks. Correction: Ice that is used for drink cannot be used for anything else. Can not come in contact with other food objects or materials as per 3-303.11 Ice used as exterior coolant, prohibited as ingredient and may not be used as food.
