32 228.223(h) Equipment and utensil design and construction. safe materials and maintained in good repair.OBSERVED WORN OUT GASKETS/SEALS ON THE WALK-IN FREEZER AND FRIDGE. ENSURE GASKETS AND SEALS ARE FIXED ASAP SO AS TO PREVENT THE ACCUMULATION OF MOISTURE IN WALK-IN FRIDGE OR FREEZER.
45 6-201.11 Cleanability. Floor, wall ceiling constructed installed are smooth and easily cleanable. 6-501.11 Repairing. The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. OBSERVED BROKEN TILES ACROSS THE KITCHEN THAT HAD WATER UNDERNEATH IT. EVERSTEP ON THE TILES MADE WATER SPEW OUT ONTO THE REST OF THE FLOOR. ENSURE TILES ARE REPLACED ASAP SO THAT ALL TILES ARE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. TILES SHOULD NOT LET WATER UNDERNEATH THEM.

43 6-303.11(A) The light intensity shall be at least 108 lux (10 foot candles).
Increase lighting in the walk in cooler.
Repair or Replace light fixture.
