31 Current handwash sink outside of restroom is being used to dump mop water and does not have hand soap or paper towels. Ensure handwash sink is used exclusively to wash hands and is stocked with paper towels and hand soap. 5-205.11 Using a hand washing facility. accessible at all times for employee use; not be used for purposes other than hand washing.
31 Observed no handwash sink in the room where bagging of ice occurs. Ensure there is a handwash sink conveniently located in room with ice machine. 5-204.11 Hand washing facilities. A hand washing facility shall be located: to allow convenient use by employees in food preparation, food dispensing, and ware washing areas; and in, or immediately adjacent to, toilet rooms.
45 Observed several ceiling tiles in back room where ice machine is that are missing or damaged. Ensure missing and damaged tiles are replaced. 6-101.11(A)(1) Materials for floor, wall, and ceiling shall be smooth, durable, and easily cleanable. 6-501.11 Repairing. The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
45 Observed edge trim in restroom was separated from wall. Ensure edge trim is flush against the wall. 6-201.11 Cleanability. Floor, wall ceiling constructed installed are smooth and easily cleanable.
