2 Observed: Raw chicken in cold hold unit next to fryer not holding a temperature of 41F or below. Temperature was at 46 F. Corrective Action: Ensure that all foods being stored are with temperatures of 41 F or below. As per: 3-501.16(A)(2) Cold Hold (41°F/45°F or below).
