21 • Ensure that there is a certified food manager present during all hours of operations, be registered with the city local health department and have certification posted in a place conspicuous to the public. Registering can be done either in person at 1901 S. Alamo.
NOTE: The City of San Antonio Metropolitan Health District presents food establishment "Inspection Scores" calculated from a perfect 100 score minus any identified violations and subsequent demerits.
