10 Pans stored in prep area had a greasy feeling to the food contact surfaces. Knife was stored on magnetic strip but had food debris on knife blade. Table top can opener had food debris on blade. Ensure all food contact surfaces are cleaned before storing as per 4-601.11(A) Food-contact surfaces clean to sight and touch.
