19 Hand sink has only a garden hose for plumbing. Hand sink plumbing must be installed per the plumbing code as per 5-201.11(A) Construction. A plumbing system shall be constructed and repaired with approved materials according to the Plumbing Code.
33 No 3 compartment sink on site. Facility may NOT cut fruits or vegatables for dressing beer without a 3 compartment sink to clean knives and cutting boards. Facility is limited to just popping tops and handing beer to customers and selling prepacked foods such as chips until a 3 compartment sink is installed. Sink must have hot and cold water and be plumbed per the plumbing code as per 4-301.12(A) Manual ware washing, sink compartment requirements.
34 Observed pest dropping in back storage room. Ensure items are organized so cleaning can be conducted around stacks. 6-501.111(B) Controlling pests. Check premises.

19 The bar handsink is connected to a garden hose for drainage. Ensure the hand sink is repaired to plumbing code standards as per* 228.145(a) Construction. A plumbing system conveying water shall be constructed and repaired with approved materials according to the Plumbing Code.
