45 6-501.11 Repairing. The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
OBSERVED PART OF THE CEILING LEAKING WATER DUE TO CONDENSATION FROM A/C. ALSO OBSERVED SEVERAL HANGING LIGHT COVERS, AS WELL AS CEILING TILES THAT WERE SLIGHTLY TORN, STAINED OR JUST VISIBLY WORN DOWN. ENSURE AREA WITH WATER CONDENSATION IS REPLACED TO AVOID ANY FUNGAL OR BACTERIAL ISSUES. ALL BROKEN CEILING TILES, AND HANGING LIGHT COVERS ARE TO BE REPLACED ASAP. THE REST OF THE CEILING IS ADVISED TO BE REPLACED AS WELL.
