19 1) OBSERVED LEAK IN DRAIN PIPE UNDER HAND SINK. LOOKS LIKE WASHER NYLON MAY HAVE FAILED. REPLACE/RESET WASHER SO IT DOES NOT LEAK.
2) OBSERVED HOSE FROM ICE MAKER CONDENSATE AND ICE BIN DRAIN PUMP OVERFLOWING FROM 3/4 INCH TEE HOSE GOES INTO AND CATCH BUCKET PLACED UNDERNEATH. MUST NOT LEAK. YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO USE A 3 OR 4 INCH REDUCER OR BUSHING TO GIVE RECEIVING FITTING ENOUGH CAPACITY TO NOT OVERFLOW WHEN PUMP IS TRIGGERED.
5-201.11(A) Construction. A plumbing system and hoses conveying water shall be constructed and repaired with approved materials according to the Plumbing Code.
