18 Bottle of flouride should not be stored with other food ingredients. Ensure to store all toxics in their designated area away from food and food contact surfaces. Container with drawers that are being used for sprinkles, should not be used. Only use food grade containers.
37 No food or drinks that are to be used for customers, should be stored on floor. Ensure all is stored 6 inches or more off floor.
27 Cold hold unit where sausage and egg are stored should be repaired. At this time temperature was reading at 47 degrees with thermometer placed in unit, and internal digital thermometer read 69 degrees F. Owner stated and provided invoice from repair service that was done on May 3, 2022. Stated that he has tried to contact company and is currently waiting to see if maintenance can be done on unit. Ensure to not use this unit for foods that are TCS and if it is used, to use time control and discard foods after 4 hours.
