39 Observed cutting board with a significant amount of scratching/scoring on it. Ensure cutting boards are in good repair so that they may be effectively cleaned and sanitized. Manager informed they will order new ones. 4-501.12 Cutting surfaces.. Surfaces such as cutting blocks and boards that are subject to scratching and scoring shall be resurfaced if they can no longer be effectively cleaned and sanitized or discarded if they are not capable of being resurfaced.

Observed Ice cream scoop stored in a heated reservoir that was turned off. Ensure that ice cream scoop is being properly held with water in reservoir at a temperature of at least 135 degrees F.
